2.) By uploading music to MOH, you are agreeing that you own the copyright to the music that you are uploading and have permission to authorize it's use in the fashion of allowing it's use on our network.
3.) The user, by uploading music to MOH also, by doing so, is giving MOH and it's parent, Festivals of Fright, to use said music on FOF's sites and services. You are authorizing FOF to use your music for any promotional material in promoting FOF, MOH and any other part of the FOF network.
4.) MOH and FOF will at no time, sell your music or make claims to distribute your music. We are strictly an online radio station and podcast network. Our focus is primarily to promote Independent Music. MOH is a portal for FOF to find new artists to put into our radio database and allow them to get play time.
